摘要
基于微波消解的前处理方法,探究铬天青S分光光度法与电感耦合等离子质谱法(Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry,ICP-MS)测量粉条中铝的方法的不同。结果表明,两种方法的线性系数均可达到0.999以上。通过从线性、检出限、加标回收、精密度等方面进行验证,ICP-MS法比铬天青S分光光度法更为稳定、精确,且测量速度快,前处理较简单,适合大批量测量。
Based on the pretreatment method of microwave digestion,the difference between the method of chromium-azure S spectrophotometry and the method of inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry in the measurement of aluminum in vermicelli was explored.The results show that the linear coefficients of the two methods can reach more than 0.999.Through verification from linearity,detection limit,spiked recovery,precision and other aspects,ICP-MS method is more stable and accurate than chrome azurol S spectrophotometric method,with fast measurement speed,simple pretreatment,and suitable for mass measurement.
