摘要
基于理性行为理论和社会认知理论整合的视角,建构医学生动物实验科研伦理行为影响因素研究模型,探寻影响医学生动物实验科研伦理行为的因素。利用Amos 21.0软件对模型进行验证。结果显示:主观规范、动物实验伦理认知、实验环境和动物实验伦理态度均正向影响医学生动物实验科研伦理行为,且影响力依次递减,本研究模型具有良好的解释力。应发挥主观规范的外在效应,挖掘医学生科研伦理行为的内部动力;多渠道搭建学习平台,提升医学生动物实验伦理认知水平;改善实验条件,优化人文实验环境。
Based on theory of reasoned action and social Cognitive theory,we constructed a model to investigate the factors influencing the ethical conduct in animal experiments of medical students.The model was validated using Amos 21.0.The results showed that subjective norms,ethical perceptions,experimental environment and ethical attitudes all positively influenced medical students'ethical behaviors in animal experiments,and the influence was decreasing in descending order.This model had good explanatory power.The external effect of subjective norms should be brought into play to tap the internal motivation of medical students'ethical behavior in scientific research,to build learning platforms through multiple channels to enhance medical students'ethical cognition in animal experiments,and to improve experimental conditions to optimize the humanistic experimental environment.
