摘要
目的:分析我院奈玛特韦片/利托那韦片组合包装(Paxlovid)的使用情况,以期为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:采用回顾性研究方法,对我院作为新冠肺炎救治定点医院期间(2022年4-6月)使用Paxlovid的病例进行全样本点评,从药物适应证、用法用量、给药时机、用药疗程、联合用药等方面评价其用药合理性。结果:使用Paxlovid的病例共计203例,其中136例用药不合理,用药不合理率67.00%。不合理使用情况共发生180例次,用法用量不适宜117例次(65.00%),其中给药频次不适宜100例次(55.56%),给药方式不适宜10例次(5.56%),用药剂量不适宜3例次(1.67%),给药时机不适宜3例次(1.67%),疗程不适宜1例次(0.56%);联合用药不适宜47例次(26.11%);适应证不适宜16例次(8.89%)。结论:Paxlovid临床用药存在不合理情况,应加强监管和干预,促进临床合理用药,保障患者用药安全。
Objective: To analyze the clinical application of the nirmatrelvir tablets/ritonavir tablets(co-packaged(Paxlovid) in order to provide references for the rational drug use. Methods: Data of the cases using Paxlovid in designated hospital for COVID-19 from April 2022 to June 2022 were retrospectively collected and analyzed, in terms of indication, dosage and usage, medication timing, medication course, and combination of drugs. Results: There were a total of 203 cases using Paxlovid,among which 136 cases used unreasonably, with an unreasonable rate of 67.00%. There were totally 180 cases of unreasonable use of Paxlovid including 117 cases(65.00%) of improper usage and dosage, among which 100 cases(55.56%) had inappropriate administration frequency, 10 cases(5.56%) had inappropriate administration method, 3 cases(1.67%) had inappropriate dosage, 3cases(1.67%) had inappropriate administration timing and 1 case(0.56%) had inappropriate medication course. 47 cases(26.11%)had improper combination, and 16 cases(8.89%) had inappropriate indications. Conclusion: There were unreasonable use of Paxlovid in clinic, which need to be intervened in order to promote rational drug use and ensure drug safety of patients.
