摘要
目的观察PBL教学法用于肿瘤本科教学的效果。方法选取2016年3月—2018年3月滨州医学院附属医院收取的90名肿瘤科本科实习生作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法,分为对照组(n=45)和观察组(n=45)。对照组:给予传统教学方式。观察组给予PBL教学方式。比较两组学生的考试成绩以及对教学方式的满意度。结果观察组的理论成绩、病例分析成绩、技能操作成绩及总成绩得分均显著高于对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);通过问卷调查的方式,从学生的学习兴趣、综合分析、实践操作、对知识点的理解和掌握等方面观察学生对教学模式的满意度比较,结果显示观察组对教学模式的满意度显著高于对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PBL教学法用于肿瘤学教学效果良好,不仅能提高学生学习的兴趣和主观能动性,培养不断继续学习的能力,而且能提升学生处理临床实际问题的能力,同时还培养了学生团队协作意识,得到了学生的支持与喜爱,学生满意度较高,具有较好的临床应用前景。
Objective To observe the effect of PBL teaching method in tumor teaching.Methods 90 undergraduate oncology interns admitted by Binzhou Medical University Hospital from March 2016 to March 2018 were selected as study subjects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group(n=45)and observation group (n=45). Control group: traditional teaching method;Observation group: PBL teaching. Test scores and satisfaction with teaching methods were observed for both groups. Results The theoretical scores, case analysis scores, skill operation scores and total scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). Through questionnaire survey, the students' satisfaction with the teaching mode was observed and compared from the aspects of students' learning interest, comprehensive analysis, practical operation, understanding and mastery of knowledge points. The results showed that the satisfaction of the observation group with the teaching mode was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion PBL teaching method used in oncology teaching effect is good, not only can improve the students' interest in learning and the subjective initiative, cultivate the ability to constantly keep learning, and can improve students' ability of dealing with clinical practice, but also cultivate the students' team cooperation consciousness, the students' support and love, student satisfaction is higher, has a good clinical application prospect.
