摘要
海上丝绸之路是“一带一路”建设的重要组成部分,也是维护国家发展利益的核心与关键所在。相比于陆路运输、轨道运输与航空运输,海上运输具有特殊性且困难较多。在“疫情要防住、经济要稳住、发展要安全”的当下,按既定方针和基本原则,未雨绸缪地持续开展海上丝绸之路医学救援体系构建的全局性、前瞻性、基础性的预研工作,具有非常重要的现实意义与深远的历史意义。通过对海上丝绸之路医学救援体系建设的必要性、重要性进行分析,提出可行性和可及性的思考,以期为构建海上丝绸之路医学救援体系提供借鉴。
The Maritime Silk Road is an important part of China’s One Belt One Road(OBOR)initiative and also one of the core national development interests of China.Compared to land transport,rail transport and air transport,maritime transport has more unique characteristics and difficulties.In the context of"The epidemic must be prevented,the economy must be stabilized,and development must be safe",it is of great practical significance and far-reaching historical significance to carry out global,prospective,and fundamental pilot studies on the construction of the medical rescue system for the Maritime Silk Road in accordance with the established guidelines and basic principles.By analyzing the necessity and importance of the construction of the medical rescue systems on the Maritime Silk Road,the author provides insights into the feasibility and accessibility of these systems and evidence in this field.
