摘要
导学共同体成为当前构建和谐导学关系的新思路。起源于生物学的共生理论与导学共同体具有契合性。共生理论视角下导学共同体运行机制包括共生单元的交互机制、共生模式的构建机制和共生环境的强化机制。导学共同体建设推进路径是对称性互惠共生,通过促进导学共同体能量产生与传导、实现导学共同体成果共享与共赢以及营造导学共同体良好共生环境,推进导学共同体建设。
The guided learning community has become a new way to construct harmonious relationship of learning guidance. The symbiosis theory, which originated from biology, is compatible with the learning community. The operating mechanism of guided learning community under symbiosis theory includes the interaction mechanism of symbiosis unit, the construction mechanism of symbiosis mode and the strengthening mechanism of symbiosis environment. The path to promote the construction of guided learning community is symmetric mutualism, which promotes the construction of guided learning community by facilitating the generation and transmission of the energy of guided learning community, realizing the sharing and win-win results of guided learning community and creating a good symbiotic environment for guided learning community.
