摘要 研究生教育阶段的师生学习共同体是由人数不固定的研究生导师和研究生共同组成的,基于课堂又超越课堂情境,由多种教学互动模式组成,以互相帮助、共同学习、共同成长为目标,关系融洽、地位平等、气氛和谐、民主开放的学习型组织。其具有五个特征,即共生共荣性、密切交往性、互惠互补性、开放包容性、真实情境性。“教学相长”“最近发展区”“共生理论”是研究生教育阶段师生学习共同体的理论基础,其实践路径是通过高质量的课堂教学、定期组会交流、开展科研项目、举行学术活动建设师生学习共同体。 The teacher-student learning community in the postgraduate education stage is a learning organization composed of graduate tutors and graduate students who are not fixed in number.Based on the classroom and beyond the classroom situation,it is composed of a variety of teaching interaction modes with the goal of helping each other,learning together and growing together.It is a learning organization with harmonious relationship,equal status,harmonious atmosphere,democracy and openness.It has five characteristics,namely,symbiosis and co-prosperity,close communication,reciprocity and complementarity,openness and inclusiveness,and real situationality.“Teaching benefits teachers as well as students”“Zone of Proximal Development”and“Symbiosis Theory”are the theoretical basis of teacher-student learning community in postgraduate education stage.The practical path is to build a teacher-student learning community through high-quality classroom teaching,regular group meetings,scientific research projects and academic activities.
