学校活力激发:学校改进的个案研究

摘要 激发学校活力是教育高质量发展的关键。从学校活力激发的基本框架来看,J校主要从建立认同感;提升职业胜任力;赋权承责,促进自主发展;强化民主开放;加强自主创新等方面激发学校活力。从影响因素来看,政府支持是激发学校活力的前提和保障;学校文化影响着学校成员的认同感和投入;校长领导力是激发学校活力的关键;教师专业发展是激发学校活力的动力源;家长卷入是学校变革的助推剂;学生的理解与支持影响活力激发的成效发挥。学校需要从组织目标的构建、“大中小学”协作、赋权承责、创新治理方式等维度激活学校活力,促进学校的高质量发展。 Stimulating the vitality of schools is the key to the high-quality development of education.Looking at the basic framework of stimulating school vitality,it can be seen that J School stimulates its vitality mainly from the following aspects:establishing a sense of identity,improving professional competence;empowering and taking responsibility to promote independent development;strengthening democracy and openness;and strengthening independent innovation.From the perspective of influencing factors,it can be seen that government support is the premise and guarantee of stimulating the vitality of schools;school culture affects the sense of identity and commitment of school members;principals’leadership is the key to stimulating the vitality of schools;teachers’professional development is the power source to stimulate the vitality of schools;parents’involvement is an important driving force for school reform;and students’understanding and support affect the effectiveness of dynamic stimulation.Therefore,it is necessary to activate the vitality of schools and promote the high-quality development of schools from such dimensions as the construction of organizational goals,cooperation among large,middle and small schools,empowerment and responsibility,and innovative governance methods.
