摘要
优质学校建设是时代的诉求与现实的必然。优质学校是一种过程、一种能力、一种文化,而不只是一种静态的结果,有着不同的评价指标和建设维度。优质学校建设关注的是学校能力特别是教师能量和学校文化能力的建设。同时,课程和课堂教学的优化、校长角色、办学模式等方面的重建都应作为学校整体发展的重要方面。
The quality school becomes the need of the whole time and society. We define it as a process, a kind of ability, a kind of school culture, but not just a kind of being. So it has different evaluation goals and building dimensions. The building of quality school focus on the school ability, especially on the ability improvement of teacher and the school culture. At the same time, curriculum and instruction optimizing , the change of the principal's role , the model of school management restructuring, and so on, are all the main aspects of school re-building.
