高职工业设计专业“双师型”4P评价体系研究 被引量:1

摘要 近年来,我国高度重视高职教育的“双师型”教师队伍建设,但目前高职“双师型”教师定义、内涵、标准与内容各不相同,没有形成统一标准。针对上述问题,本文以高职工业设计专业为研究对象,结合专业特色,重新界定专业“双师型”定义,并以此为基础创新专业“双师型”4P评价体系,其内容主要包括评价模式定义、体系制定四原则、框架组织内容设计、评价体系实施量化指标等。通过动态化、全过程、全方位的4P评价体系促进专业“双师型”教师队伍的高质量发展,为其它高职专业提供借鉴与参考。 In recent years, our country attaches great importance to the construction of“Double-qualified”teachers in higher vocational education, but at present the definition, connotation, standards and contents of“Double-qualified”teachers in higher vocational education are different, no uniform standard has been formed. In view of the above problems, the major of Industrial Design of higher vocational education redefines the definition of“Double-qualified”and innovates the 4P evaluation system of“Doublequalified”on the basis of the specialty characteristics. The content mainly includes the definition of evaluation model, the six principles of system formulation, the design of framework organization, and the Quantitative Index of evaluation system implementation. The dynamic and all-round 4P evaluation system can promote the high-quality development of the double-qualified teachers and provide reference for other higher vocational majors.
