摘要
互联网的快速发展和人们生活方式及观念的转变促使生鲜电商行业兴起,在生鲜电商发展过程中,供应链处于非常重要的位置,直接影响制约着上游至下游的衔接运行。面对激烈的市场竞争,传统电商已经无法适应新时代的发展要求,生鲜电商对供应链的要求逐渐提高,并在行业中形成了不同的供应链管理模式。本文通过对生鲜电商供应链发展现状进行分析,找出生鲜电商目前面临的挑战,并提出在新零售背景下生鲜电商供应链的提升路径,以期加强供应链的管理。
The rapid development of the Internet and the change in people’s lifestyles and concepts have led to the rise of fresh food e-commerce.In the development process of fresh food e-commerce,supply chains play a very important role in directly infl uencing the connection from the upstream to the downstream.In the face of fi erce market competition,traditional e-commerce has been unable to meet the requirements of the development of the new era;fresh food e-commerce has gradually improved the requirements of the supply chains;diff erent supply chain management models are formed in the industry.Through the analysis of the current situation of the supply chain development of fresh food e-commerce,this paper fi nds out the challenges that fresh food e-commerce is currently facing and puts forward the promotion paths of fresh food e-commerce supply chains under the background of new retailing,to strengthen the management of supply chains.
