摘要
为了推进我国农产品冷链物流的发展,减少农产品损耗,以达到降低冷链物流成本的目的,通过对基于冷链技术的农产品物流损耗和成本控制的研究分析,指出我国目前由于农产品冷链物流技术装备和管理水平低、第三方物流发展滞缓、资金投入不足、物流体系标准不统一以及相关冷链物流人才短缺等原因,造成我国农产品冷链物流发展缓慢,致使农产品形成大量浪费,成本居高不下。在此基础上,提出了应加强冷链基础建设、完善物流标准、促进第三方冷链物流及第四方冷链物流的发展、培养与物流相关人才和加强新技术应用等对策,以更好地减少农产品损耗,降低冷链物流成本。
In order to promote the development of cold chain logistics of agricultural products in China and reduce the loss of agricultural products in order to reduce the cost of cold chain logistics,through the research and analysis of agricultural product logistics loss and cost control based on cold chain technology,this paper points out that China’s current agricultural products cold chain logistics equipment and management level is low,third party logistics development is slow The lack of unification of logistics system standards and the shortage of related cold chain logistics talents have resulted in the slow development of cold chain logistics in China’s agricultural products,resulting in a large amount of waste of agricultural products and high cost. On this basis,the paper puts forward some countermeasures,such as strengthening cold chain foundation construction,perfecting logistics standard,promoting the development of third party and fourth party cold chain logistics,cultivating and logistics related talents and strengthening the application of new technology,in order to better reduce the loss of agricultural products and reduce the cost of cold chain logistics.
