摘要
随着对医用耗材溯源管理要求的提高,各医院开始探索部署医疗供给–分拆加工–配送(SPD)的物流物资管理系统,以期用较低管理成本完成对耗材的精细化管理。本研究阐述了物流管理系统服务及补货模式选择、物流网络及设施设计和智能化管理系统的过程与应用要点,结合我院实践经验分析了SPD物流服务模式的类型和应用模式,可为SPD物流服务系统的设计与部署提供参考。
As the traceability management of medical consumables becomes stricter, hospitals are exploring to deploy medical SPD(Supply-Processing-Distribution) logistic management system to achieve refined management of medical consumables by a lower cost. In this study, we described the process and application points of intelligent management system regarding logistics management system service, the replenishment pattern selection, logistics network and facility design. The types and application modes of SPD logistic service pattern are also analyzed based on our experience, which can provide reference for the design and implementation of SPD logistic system.
