摘要
本文分析比较了现有的医院物资管理的一般模式,提出了在医疗收费环节过程中需加强对物资消耗的监管,阐述了运用计算机信息系统辅助建立物资(耗材)二级库全程跟踪管理的思路。通过对二级库医用耗材的全程同步跟踪,达到院、科等多级物资库的计划、领用、消耗可控,减少人为浪费,杜绝漏收费现象,促进节资增效。
Analyzes and compares the general mode of available hospital material management and puts forward a method to establish Grade 2 storehouse of medical consumables in the whole processing management in the computer information system so as to plan for using and control the consumption of medical consumables in multi - level storehouses of the hospital and departments, reduce artificial waste, eradicate the missing in charge, reduce costs and raise efficiency.
