摘要
针对焊接接头弯曲试验标准现状及影响因素研究进行了综述,详细对比了各标准关于弯曲试验参数的技术细节。各焊接接头弯曲试验标准在适用范围、弯曲试样尺寸、试验条件等方面的要求存在显著差异,美国(AWS)、日本(JIS)标准体系在部分焊接材料产品标准中针对弯曲性能提出了具体考核要求,国际(ISO)、中国(GB)在焊材产品标准中均未做相关规定,中国各焊接工艺评定标准对弯曲性能的考核要求基本一致。已经开展的研究表明,试样的弯曲角度、压头直径与试样厚度比值等因素均会对弯曲试验结果产生重要影响。焊接行业应针对焊接接头弯曲试验方法开展基础研究、试验验证等系统研究工作,为进一步提升工程质量提供支撑与保障。
The current situation and influencing factors of bending test standards for welding joints were summarized,and the technical details of the standards about bending test parameters were compared in detail.By comparison,it is indicated that there are significant differences in Chinese,Japanese,the United States and international standards in terms of the scope,specimen size,test conditions and assessment indicators.AWS and JIS standard systems put forward specific assessment requirements for bending property in some welding consumable product standards,while ISO and GB have no relevant provisions in welding consumable product standards,and the assessment requirements for bending performance in GB welding procedure qualification standards are basically the same.The already conducted researches show that the factors such as bending angle,the ratio of diameter of former and specimen thickness will significantly affect the result of the bending test.The welding industry should conduct systematic research work on the bending test method of welded joints such as basic research,test verification to provide support and guarantee for further improvement of engineering quality.
