Progress in high-performance manufacturing technology for pressure vessels in China

摘要 压力容器作为承压类特种设备,其高性能制造涵盖了产品全生命周期,是反映压力容器本质安全性、工艺适用性、产品绿色性和智能性等综合性能指标的制造模式。本文简要回顾了“十三五”以来我国压力容器设计制造与维护技术进展,包括标准体系建设、基于风险与寿命的设计制造、在役长周期安全保障等,面向“十四五”和2035远景目标以及制造强国、质量强国和碳达峰、碳中和重大部署,提出了我国压力容器高性能制造技术发展面临的若干需求与挑战。 As a special pressure equipment,the high-performance manufacturing of pressure vessels covers the entire life cycle of the products,and is a manufacturing model that reflects comprehensive performance indicators such as the intrinsic safety of pressure vessels,process applicability,product greenness and intelligence.This paper briefly reviews the development of China′s design,manufacturing and maintenance technology of pressure vessels since the“13^(th) Five-Year Plan”,including the construction of standard systems,risk and life-based design and manufacturing,and in-service long-term safety guarantees,etc.,and puts forward a number of needs and challenges encountered in the development of high-performance manufacturing technology for pressure vessels in China with respect to the“14^(th) Five-Year Plan”and the 2035 long-term goals as well as the major deployment about strong manufacturing country,strong quality country,peak carbon dioxide emissions and carbon neutrality.
