摘要 介绍了加氢反应器用大厚度12Cr2Mo1VR钢板的生产工艺和主要技术难点,通过两次正火+回火的热处理工艺,促进了晶粒细化和组织均匀性,成功研制开发出182 mm厚度12Cr2Mo1VR钢板。钢板的综合力学性能及晶粒度均满足技术要求。 The paper describes the production process and major technological bottleneck of large thickness 12Cr2MolVR steel plate for hydrogenation reactor. By double normalizing and tempering heat treatment process, Wugang successfully develops 182 mm thick 12Cr2Mo1VR steel plate with improved grain refinement and microstructure homogeneity. The comprehensive mechanical properties and grain size of steel plate satisfy technical requirements.
