大型气压全自动胶辊砻谷机关键技术研究与研制 被引量:6

摘要 综合论述了针对目前我国稻谷加工机械存在的问题,所开展的对稻谷加工主机装备胶辊砻谷机深入系统的理论研究、创新设计及产品研制。综合运用回归方程法、正交试验分析法、响应面分析法与矩阵分析法等方法,研究得到最优工作参数。通过对胶辊砻谷机动力传递规律的研究,探明了其能量循环调控机制,创新设计了双变频电机驱动装置及自动控制系统。在此基础上开发研制了大型气压全自动胶辊砻谷机,其应用结果表明该机具有整体结构简单、工作可靠稳定、性能优良、能耗低、产量大、脱壳率高、自动化水平高等特点。 In this paper,the problems existing in the rice processing machinery in China were reviewed with focus on the in-depth theoretical research,innovative design and product development of rubber-roller rice husker,which is the main equipment for rice processing.By the comprehensive methods of multivariate regression equations,orthogonal experimental analysis,response surface analysis and matrix analysis,the optimal parameters were studied and derived.The regulatory mechanism of energy circulation was ascertained through the study of power transfer rules of rubber-roller huskers and the dual-frequency motor actuating device and automatic control system were innovatively designed.On this basis,the large-scale fully automatic control pneumatic rubber-roller husker was developed with the features of simplicity,reliability,high performance,low energy consumption,large output,high husking rate and high level automation.
