不同蛋白质来源的饲料原料饲喂生长猪有效能值和氨基酸消化率评定 被引量:5

Evaluation of Effective Energy Value and Amino Acid Digestibility of Feed Materials with Different Protein Sources of Growing Pigs

摘要 试验旨在测定浓缩脱酚棉籽蛋白(CDCP)、2种酶解豆粕[50%酸溶蛋白(SP-50)、20%酸溶蛋白(SP-20)]和肠膜蛋白(DPS)饲喂生长猪消化能、代谢能和氨基酸回肠末端消化率。试验1:选用36头初始体重为(26.67±1.48)kg的“杜×长×大”三元杂交去势公猪,随机分成6组,每组6个重复,每个重复1头猪。各组分别饲喂玉米基础饲粮以及CDCP、2种酶解豆粕、DPS和鱼粉(FM)饲粮,采用全收粪法测定消化能和代谢能。试验2:选用12头初始体重为(15.5±0.45)kg安装T型瘘管的“杜×长×大”三元杂交去势公猪,随机分成6组,每组2个重复,每个重复1头猪。各组分别饲喂无氮饲粮以及CDCP、2种酶解豆粕、DPS和FM饲粮,采用指示剂法计算氨基酸的表观回肠末端消化率(AID)和标准回肠末端消化率(SID)。结果表明:CDCP和SP-50的总能和粗蛋白质含量高于DPS;SP-20的总能高于DPS,低于FM,粗蛋白质含量低于DPS和FM。SP-50的总氨基酸AID显著高于CDCP、SP-20、DPS和FM(P<0.05),CDCP、SP-20和FM的总氨基酸AID显著高于DPS(P<0.05)。CDCP、SP-50、SP-20和FM的总氨基酸SID显著高于DPS(P<0.05)。由此可见,2种酶解豆粕(SP-50、SP-20)和CDCP的氨基酸AID和SID与FM相近。单就氨基酸的SID而言,SP-50、SP-20和CDCP可以作为潜在的蛋白质原料替代品应用于生长猪饲粮。 This experiment was conducted to evaluate the digestible energy,metabolizable energy and amino acid terminal ileum digestibility of concentrated dephenolized cottonseed protein(CDCP),two enzymolized soybean meals[50%acid soluble protein(SP-50),20%acid soluble protein(SP-20)]and intestine membrane protein meal(DPS)of growing pigs.In experiment 1,thirty-six crossbred castrated boars(Duroc×Landraces×Yorkshire)with an initial body weight of(26.67±1.48)kg were randomly divided into 6 groups with 6 replicates per group and 1 pig per replicate.Pigs in 6 groups were fed the corn basal diet and CDCP,two enzymolized soybean meals,eDPS and fish meal(FM)diets,respectively,and the digestible energy and metabolizable energy were determined by total fecal harvesting method.In experiment 2,twelve crossbred castrated boars(Duroc×Landraces×Yorkshire)with an initial body weight of(15.5±0.45)kg installed with T-shaped cannulas were randomly divided into 6 groups with 2 replicates per group and 1 pig per replicate.Pigs in 6 groups were fed the nitrogen-free diet and CDCP,two enzymolized soybean meals,DPS and FM diets,respectively,and the apparent terminal ileal digestibility(AID)and standard terminal ileal digestibility(SID)of amino acids were calculated by indicator method.The results showed that the gross energy and crude protein content of CDCP and SP-50 were higher than those of DPS;the gross energy of SP-20 was higher than that of DPS and lower than that of FM,and the crude protein content was lower than that of DPS and FM.The AID of total amino acids of SP-50 was significantly higher than that of CDCP,SP-20,DPS and FM(P<0.05),and the AID of total amino acids of CDCP,SP-20 and FM was significantly higher than that of DPS(P<0.05).The SID of total amino acids of CDCP,SP-50,SP-20 and FM was significantly higher than that of DPS(P<0.05).In conclusion,the AID and SID of amino acids of two enzymolized soybean meals(SP-50 and SP-20)and CDCP were similar to FM.In terms of SID of amino acids,SP-50,SP-20 and CDCP can be used as pote
