摘要
以斑马鱼的氨基酸检测为例,深入探讨了其样品前处理流程、进样浓度确定和程序操作规范,并列举了操作过程中可能出现的常见问题及解决方案,为斑马鱼及类似样品的前处理以及氨基酸检测提供参考。斑马鱼因其体积小、含水量大的特性,在样品称重、粉碎和水解环节均需进一步优化;通过梯度合理设置稀释浓度,可以确定最适进样浓度;严格规范操作程序有助于数据高效采集和处理,从而形成高质量检测报告;同时有效应对试验过程中出现的仪器操作不当、程序设置错误和数据处理偏差等方面的问题,能够显著提升检测效率和结果的精准度。
Taking the amino acid detection in zebrafish as an example,this investigation delves into its sample pretreatment process,determination of injection concentration,and procedural operations standards.The common issues that may arise during the process were listed,to provide a reference for the pretreatment and amino acid detection of zebrafish and similar samples.Due to its small size and high water content,optimizations were required for the weighing,crushing,and hydrolysis stages of zebrafish samples.Setting up gradient dilution concentrations could determine the optimal injection concentration.Standardizing the operational procedures was beneficial for the efficient collection and processing of data,and form high-quality detection reports.Additionally,properly addressing issues related to instrument operation,procedure setup,and data processing during the test,which helps to make the testing process,more efficient and the results more accurate.
