摘要 回顾了传统氨基酸分析仪器与前处理技术的发展,回顾了柱前衍生高效液相色谱测定氨基酸的技术的发展,说明了目前各种技术和仪器的应用现状以及国内外发布的有关食品、饲料等蛋白水解氨基酸和生理体液氨基酸分析方法标准。最后,根据市场需求,着重比较了当前市场上正在竞争的专用氨基酸分析仪的主要性能参数,提出了考察仪器性能时应注意的一些问题。 The developments of the classical amino acid analyzer, the techniques of sample pretreatment and theprecolunm derivatization were all reviewed. Current applications of different techniques and instruments for amino acidanalysis and the situation establishing standard methods for food, feed and physiological fluid were described. Finally the mainperformance parameters of competitive instruments which based on the ion exchange principle in the market were listed andsome issues to which should pay attention when evaluating the instruments were discussed.
