摘要
目的对复方甘草酸苷片中甘草酸苷含量测定方法进行验证。方法采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱:Kromasil 100A C18(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm);流动相:2%醋酸-乙腈(65∶35);检测波长:254 nm;柱温:30℃;流速:1.0 mL/min;进样量:20μL;运行时间:25 min。结果甘草酸苷在206.39~309.58μg/mL范围内有良好的线性关系,线性回归方程为Y=16 331.86 X+3 053.83,r=0.999 2,平均加样回收率为98.0%~102.0%,RSD为0.6%。结论该方法灵敏,准确,专属性好,可以用于甘草酸苷的含量测定。
Objective To verify the determination method of glycyrrhizin in compound glycyrrhizin tablets. Methods High performance liquid chromatography was used. Column: Kromasil 100 A C18(4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm);mobile phase: 2% acetic acid-acetonitrile(65∶35);detection wavelength: 254 nm;column temperature: 30℃;flow rate: 1.0 mL/min;injection volume: 20 μL;running time: 25 min. Res-ults The glycyrrhizin had a good linear relationship in the range of 206.39-309.58 μg/mL. The linear equation was Y=16 331.86X+3 053.83, r=0.999 2, and the average recovery was 98.0%-102.0%. RSD 0.6%. Conclusion The method is sensitive, accurate and specific, and can be used for the determination of glycyrrhizin.
