摘要 对比了用氨基酸分析仪 (茚三酮作为衍生试剂进行柱后衍生的离子交换色谱法 ,简称IEC法 )和用反相高效液相色谱仪 (AQC作为衍生试剂进行柱前衍生 ,再用反相液相色谱分离的AQC法 )测定氨基酸的异同 ,有助于在实际工作中根据不同的情况选择仪器 ,了解熟悉氨基酸的测定方法 。 Comparing the methods of determination of amino acids by the amino acid analyzer and RP HPLC will help us to understand and grasp the methods of determinating amino acids,to chose corresponding apparatuses according the different circumstances and to improve the accuracy in our practical work.
