摘要
目的了解双减政策后小学生视屏行为特征及其对心理健康的影响,为制定针对性的干预措施提供依据。方法通过家长填写自填式问卷和小学生心理健康评定量表(MHRSP)了解小学生的视屏及心理健康现状。将视屏时间和初次接触电子设备年龄对心理健康影响的差异进行方差分析,并利用logistic模型分析不同视屏内容时间分配方式与其心理健康之间的关联。结果本研究共调查1289名6~12岁小学生,其1周日均视屏时间为(103.62±78.22)min。存在心理行为问题儿童的比例为2.3%。初次接触手机年龄越早、初次接触智能电子手表年龄越早,MHRSP量表总分、性格缺陷、社会适应障碍、不良习惯、特种障碍的得分显著增加,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在视屏类别方面,观看学习类视屏日均时间最长为(36.92±45.67)min。周末日均美食类视屏时间与总体心理健康状态相关(OR=1.047,P<0.05)。游戏类视屏时间过长与学习障碍问题、不良习惯问题有关(OR=1.006、1.007,P<0.05)。影音类视屏时间过长与学习障碍显著相关(OR=1.006,P<0.05)。购物类视屏时间过长与性格缺陷有关(OR=1.027,P<0.05)。阅读时间过长与品德缺陷、行为障碍和不良习惯有关(OR=1.011、1.009、1.012,P<0.05)。结论视屏时间过长对小学生心理健康造成不利影响,不同视屏类型对其心理健康影响的方向和程度不同。限制小学生视屏时间并关注其视屏内容,对影视类和阅读类视屏进行筛选,减少游戏类视屏时间,加强其与外界的接触。初次接触电子设备的年龄对小学生心理健康存在影响,建议延迟其接触电子设备的年龄。
Objective To understand the characteristics of video screen behavior of children and adolescents after the double reduction policy and its impact on mental health,so as to provide basis for formulating targeted intervention measures.Methods Through the self-administered questionnaire and Mental Health Rate Scale for Pupil(MHRSP)filled in by parents,the video and mental health status of primary school students were understood.The differences of video time and age of first exposure to electronic devices on mental health were analyzed by variance analysis,and the relationship between children and adolescents'different video content time allocation and their mental health was analyzed by logistic model.Results A total of 1289 children and adolescents aged from 6 to 12 years were investigated.The average viewing time of children and adolescents was(103.62±78.22)min a day.The proportion of children with psychological and behavioral problems was 2.3%.The earlier the age of the first contact with mobile phones,and the earlier the age of the first contact with smart electronic watch,the higher the scores of MHRSP total score,personality defect,social adaptation disorder,bad habits and special disorders(P<0.05).In terms of video categories,the longest average daily time to watch learning video is(36.92±45.67)min.The average daily food video time on weekends was related to the overall mental health status(OR=1.047,P<0.05).The time of video games was related to learning disabilities and bad habits(OR=1.006,1.007,P<0.05).There was a significant correlation between excessive video time and learning disability(OR=1.006,P<0.05).Too long shopping video time was associated with personality defect(OR=1.027,P<0.05).Excessive reading time was associated with moral defects,behavioral disorders and bad habits(OR=1.011,1.009,1.012,P<0.05).Conclusion Too long video screen time has a negative effect on the mental health of children,and different types of video screens have different directions and degrees on their mental health.Limit th
