人员调度问题的研究综述及发展趋势分析 被引量:2

摘要 人员调度是组织普遍存在的问题,也是企业运营管理的关键因素,因此,在运筹学领域中是一个被持续研究的热点.调度的解决方案是设法将成本降至最低,满足相应的业务规则、员工偏好、以及所有工作条件限制,这些限制使人员调度发展为一个高度约束和复杂的问题,对其进行深入的研究有着重要的理论意义和实际应用价值.本文首先从应用层面将人员调度模型分为确定性问题求优和随机性问题求解两类模型进行梳理,并在此基础上对有关求解的精确算法和启发式算法进行归纳,最后根据综述的分析结果,总结近些年该领域研究存在的难点,对人员调度未来的发展方向进行展望. As a common problem in organizations and a key factor in enterprise operation and management, personnel scheduling is a hot topic in the field of operations research. The solution of scheduling is to minimize the cost and meet the corresponding business rules, employee preferences, and all the restrictions of working conditions, which make personnel scheduling develop into a highly constrained and complex problem. In-depth research on it has important theoretical significance and practical application value. In this article, first, personnel scheduling model is divided into two kinds of models--optimization of deterministic problems and stochastic problem solving--from the application level. On this basis, the relevant solving precision algorithm and heuristic algorithm are summarized. According to the analysis of the review, the difficulties in this field of research in recent years are summarized, and the prospects of the future development direction are discussed.
