摘要
目的探讨护理人员分层管理后使用系数管理在护士夜班排班中的应用及效果。方法采用系数与夜班排班相结合,制定科学合理的个人夜班系数应用于夜班管理中,观察制度实施后夜间护理质量安全及低年资护理人员的满意度。结果护士夜班排班在原有双岗制基础上实现系数管理后,夜间护理质量安全提高,低年资护理人员对夜班安排的满意度提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用系数管理护士夜班,优化护理人员结构,有效减轻低年资护士值夜班的心理压力,提高夜间护理安全工作质量,稳定护士群体。
Objective To explore the application and effects of coefficient management nursing in night shift scheduling for nurses after adopting staff hierarchical management. Methods Adopting coefficient combining with night shift scheduling to establish a scientific and reasonable personal shift coefficient for night shift manage- ment. Observing the quality and safety of night nursing works, and the satisfaction of less - qualified nurses after the implementation of the management mode. Results Based on the original double - duty system, nurse night shift scheduling adopts the coefficient management mode. The quality and safety of night nursing have been im- proved, the satisfaction of less - qualified nurses on night shift scheduling has been improved. The difference is sta- tistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The new management mode has optimized nursing staff structure, relieved psychological stress on night duties of less - qualified nurses, improved safety and work quality of night nursing, stabilized the nurse group.
