摘要
乘务排班计划作为乘务计划编制的第一步,其编制结果直接影响地铁运营安全与乘务支出。阐述乘务排班计划编制现状,提出基于任务均衡度的乘务排班计划编制模型,综合考虑目前国内乘务支出成本体系,构建经典集合分割主问题模型及基于任务均衡度与乘务特色约束子问题模型。利用计算机实现主规划部分求解,同时设计基于影子价格选择的标号法用于求解子规划部分,并将所建立模型与算法应用于上海市轨道交通某条线路的案例研究中,验证模型与算法的有效性和效率性,研究结果可为城市轨道交通乘务管理精细化提供理论依据及参考。
As the first step of crew planning,crew scheduling has a direct impact on subway operation safety and crew cost.This paper expounded the current situation of crew scheduling and proposed a model based on task balance.In comprehensive consideration of the current domestic crew cost system,two models were constructed,namely a classic set partitioning master problem model and a sub-problem model featuring task balance and characteristic crew rules.A computer was used to solve the main programming part.Meanwhile,a labeling method upon shadow price selection was designed to solve the sub-programming part.The established models and algorithm were applied to a case study of a Shanghai Rail Transit line to verify their effectiveness and efficiency.The results of this research can provide a theoretical basis and reference for refining crew management of urban rail transit.
