摘要
人工智能正在更广泛、更深刻地改变和重塑着人类社会生活。随着我国迈入老龄化时代,老年人正成为智能生活下的“数字遗民”“数字难民”,面临的数字鸿沟问题日趋凸显,主要表现为接入沟、使用沟和知识沟。这些问题的形成逻辑可归结于内外两大原因:从外部看,数字技术的应用广泛深入;从内部看,数字主体的技能严重不足。弥合老年数字鸿沟,需要技术赋能和管理赋能双管齐下,推动技术向善的数字应用技术,构建以政府主导的多元化治理格局,变数字鸿沟为数字红利,构筑年龄友好型数字社会。
Artificial intelligence is changing and reshaping people’s social life more widely and deeply. As China enters into the ageing era, the elderly people are becoming “digital survivors” and “digital refugees” in the smart life environment. The problem of “digital divide” faced by the elderly is becoming increasingly prominent, mainly manifesting as the access divide, the use divide and the knowledge divide. The formation logic of these problems can be attributed to the internal and external reasons: externally speaking, the application of digital technology is extensive and in-depth;internally, the skills of digital subjects are seriously inadequate. To bridge the digital divide faced the elderly people, we need both technical and management empowerment, promote the technology-friendly digital application technology and build a diversified governance pattern led by the government. The digital divide will therefore be turned into a digital dividend and an age-friendly digital society will be established.
