摘要
推动作为农业生产重要主体的空巢小农户从事绿色农业生产,是巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果同乡村振兴有效衔接的重要之举,是促进小农户融入中国式现代化的必然选择。在乡村振兴战略实施落地的大背景下,空巢小农户参与绿色农业生产面临着诸多现实困境,主要表现为:绿色农业生产的农户认知不足、农业生态环境的修复工作量大、农户与数字技术难以有机衔接、专业人才队伍的引留困境难破。对此,文章提出优化空巢小农户参与绿色农业生产的路径:绿色兴农,提高农户绿色发展的认知水平;多方助农,推动农业生产主体行为绿色化;科技富农,加快数字农业建设的全面覆盖;人才强农,因地制宜的培育专业人才队伍。
The promotion of green agricultural production by empty-nested small farmers,who are the mainstay of agricultural production,is an important move to consolidate the results of poverty alleviation and rural revitalization,and is an inevitable choice to promote the integration of small farmers into Chinese-style modernization.In the context of rural revitalization strategy,the empty nest small farmers involved in green agricultural production are faced with a number of practical dilemmas,which are mainly manifested in the following:insufficient knowledge of farmers in green agricultural production,large amount of workload in agro-ecological environment restoration,difficult to organically connect farmers and digital technology,and difficult to break the dilemmas of attracting and retaining professional talents.In this regard,the article proposes to optimize the empty nest small farmers to participate in the path of green agricultural production:green agriculture,improve the cognitive level of green development of farmers;multi-faceted to help farmers,to promote the main body of agricultural production behavior green;science and technology to enrich the agriculture,accelerate the comprehensive coverage of digital agriculture construction;talent to strengthen the agriculture,according to the local conditions to cultivate the professional talent team.
