新课改背景下加强高校青年教师教学基本功的策略——以中医诊断学为例

摘要 教学基本功是教师必须掌握的基本知识和技能,是教学中最基础的功底,同时也能体现教师素质,是教学成败的关键。在新课改背景下,教学基本功被赋予了更为丰富的内涵,其形式也展现出鲜明的时代特色。加强高校青年教师基本功训练,是提升教育质量的切实保证,也是教师自身发展、完善的客观需要。作者结合中医诊断学教学体会,从6个方面提出了加强高校青年教师教学基本功的策略。 The basic teaching skills are the basic knowledge and skills that teachers must master.They are the most basic foundation of teaching and can reflect the abilities of teachers,which is the key to the success of teaching.Under the background of the new curriculum reform,“teaching basic skills”has been endowed with more abundant connotation,and its form also shows a distinct characteristics of the times.Strengthening the training of the basic skills of young teachers in colleges and universities is the guarantee of improving the quality of education and the objective need for the development and perfection of teachers themselves.Based on the teaching experience of“diagnostics of traditional Chinese medicine”,the author puts forward the strategies of strengthening the basic teaching skills of young college teachers from six aspects.
