摘要
师资队伍建设是保证教育教学质量的前提。青年教师是教学育人的主力军和生力军,加强青年教师培训也是提高教育教学水平的关键。医学专业青年教师普遍存在教学及临床经验不足、科研方向不明确、教学育人意识及能力不足的问题,严重影响医学专业青年教师快速成长。本文基于"传帮带"模式下,坚持"青年教师导师制",从医学专业青年教师的实际情况入手,对促进青年教师快速成长、提高教育教学质量的具体措施进行探讨。
The construction of teaching staff is the prerequisite for guaranteeing the quality of education and teaching. Young teachersare the main force for teaching and educating people. Strengthening young teacher training is also the key to improving education andteaching. Young medical teachers generally suffer from inadequate teaching and clinical experience, unclear scientific researchdirection, and lack of awareness and ability in teaching and educating people, which seriously affects the rapid growth of youngmedical teachers. This article is based on the " teaching, helping and guiding" model, adhere to the " youth teacher tutor system",starting from the actual situation of young medical teachers, and discuss the concrete measures to promote the rapid growth of youngteachers and improve the quality of education and teaching.
