摘要
中医院校是集教学、科研、临床于一体的机构,教学是高校的生命,科研是高校的灵魂,临床是高校的翅膀。近年来,随着中医院校扩招,青年教师已成为课堂授课的主力军。与此同时,重点学科也在高校建设当中放到了越来越重要的位置。重点学科的发展是以教师为基本,尤其是青年教师,那么如何将重点学科与青年教师个人的发展有效结合起来,以重点学科为依托促进中医类高校青年教师的发展,是目前中医院校应当思考的问题。本文分析了中医院校青年教师的现状,存在着经验不足、授课空洞等问题,探讨了在教学改革、科研职能、临床实践方面的尝试与意义。
Chinese medicine colleges are institutions that integrate teaching,scientific research and clinical practice.Teaching is the life of universities,scientific research is the soul of universities,and clinical is the wing of universities.In recent years,with the expansion of enrollment in traditional Chinese medicine colleges,young teachers have become the main force in classroom teaching.At the same time,key disciplines have also become more and more important in the construction of universities.The development of key disciplines is based on teachers,especially young teachers.How to effectively combine the development of key disciplines with the development of young teachers,and to promote the development of young teachers in colleges and universities of traditional Chinese medicine based on key disciplines,is the current Chinese medicine colleges.The problem that should be considered.This paper analyzes the current situation of young teachers in traditional Chinese medicine colleges.There are problems such as lack of experience and lack of teaching,and discusses the attempts and meanings in teaching reform,scientific research functions,and clinical practice.
