摘要
目的分析现阶段高职高专医学生在学习上的种种不良现状及其心理成因，探讨相应的促进其奋发学习的教育教学对策。方法以实例说明现代高职高专医学生在教育教学方面的种种心理困惑与缺陷，并在分析研究的基础上，探讨较为合情合理、行之有效的教学方法与措施。结果可以考虑从师生关系、教学趣味性、鼓励与批评、督促与帮助等四个方面建立起现代高职高专医学生教育教学的有效对策。结论上述措施，对调动现阶段高职高专医学生的学习积极性，提高其学习素质及学习能力，并帮助他们建立起健全的品德情操和完善的社会行为模式，均是很有意义的。
