摘要
郁病是临床常见的心理疾病,以情绪抑郁、焦虑、失眠为主要表现,西医学的焦虑状态、癔症均属于本病范畴。其病位主要在肝,可涉及心、脾、肾等脏器。病因主要是情志内伤,与脏器易郁密切相关;基本病机为气机郁滞,脏腑功能失调。本文探讨并总结了王敬卿教授治疗郁病的临床经验,并对确诊为郁病的患者进行了临床医案整理。王敬卿教授治疗本病以疏肝解郁、清热化痰、健脾补心、滋阴降火为主,现归纳总结出郁病的临床4种常见证型和方药证治,为本病的辨证治疗提供新思路。
Depression is a common psychological disease in clinical practice,mainly characterized by depression,anxiety and insomnia.Western medical anxiety and hysteria belong to this category.The disease is mainly in the liver,and can involve the heart,spleen,kidney and other organs.The etiology is mainly emotional internal injury,which is closely related to organ depression.The basic pathogenesis is stagnation of Qi and dysfunction of viscera.This paper discusses and summarizes the clinical experience of Professor Wang Jingqing in the treatment of depression,and summarizes the clinical medical records of the patients diagnosed with depression.In the treatment of this disease,Professor Wang Jingqing mainly focuses on relieving liver depression,clearing heat and removing phlegm,strengthening spleen and heart,nourishing Yin and lowering fire.Now she summarizes four clinical syndromic treatments of depression disease which are often witnessed and prescription,providing new ideas for syndrome differentiation and treatment of this disease.
