基于随钻工程参数测量数据的钻井风险识别试验 被引量:5

摘要 近年来随着石油价格走低与钻完井技术的发展,一些复杂区块和复杂井在钻井施工过程中,由于缺少井底钻头处环空压力、钻压等实际参数,无法分析掌握井下真实工作动态,托压、井漏、溢流、气侵等故障风险发生概率频繁,严重制约着钻井提速和安全生产。文章通过地面和井下实时随钻工程参数的对比研究,分析近钻头位置的钻压、环空压力、振动参数的变化,探寻托压、钻具疲劳、气侵溢流等情况的参数变化风险值。不断积累获取丰富井下数据,最终建立完善的随钻风险识别模型,达到地面—井下工程参数一体化测量处理,实现预防复杂风险的目的,降低井下复杂风险发生概率,为科学钻井提供数据支撑。 In recent years,with the decline of oil price and the development of drilling and completion technology,it is difficult to achieve the expected effect for some complex blocks and wells only depending on the surface engineering parameters.In the process of drilling,with the more and more complex formation structure,due to the lack of actual parameters such as annular pressure and WOB at the bottom hole bit,it is unable to analyze and master the real working performance of the downhole,and the frequent occurrence probability of fault risks such as stall,lost circulation,overflow and gas cut,which seriously restricts the speed-up of drilling and safe production.Based on the comparison of surface and downhole real-time engineering parameters while drilling,this paper analyzes the abnormal changes of WOB,annular pressure and vibration parameters near the bit position,and explore the risk values of parameter changes in the abnormal conditions of stall,drilling tool fatigue and gas influx.Accumulating and acquiring rich downhole data,and finally improve the risk identification model while drilling,so as to achieve the integrated measurement and processing of surface and downhole engineering parameters,achieve the purpose of preventing complex risks,reduce the probability of complex risks,providing data support for scientific drilling.
