摘要
近钻头随钻测量系统能够有效避免传统随钻测量系统所面临的数据滞后问题,而天线的参数设计及优化是提高信号传输距离及稳定性的重要因素。本文对某近钻头随钻测量系统的天线参数展开优化研究,通过试验探讨了天线线圈直径、线圈匝数、负载及磁芯等参数与信号传输距离之间的规律。试验结果表明发射线圈匝数为100匝及线径为0.8 mm,接收线圈为180匝及线径为1 mm,且需引入二级功率放大电路并采用铁氧体磁芯或磁片时,信号传输距离及稳定性最优。相关研究成果可为近钻头随钻测量系统天线的优化设计提供理论依据和实践指导。
The near-bit measurement while drilling(MWD)system effectively avoids the data latency issues faced by traditional MWD systems,and antenna parameter design and optimization are crucial for improving signal transmission distance and stability.This paper presents an optimization study on the antenna parameters of a near-bit MWD system,exploring the relationships between antenna coil diameter,number of turns,load,and magnetic core with signal transmission distance through experiments.The results show that with an emitting coil of 100 turns and a diameter of 0.8mm,and a receiving coil of 180 turns and a diameter of 1.0mm,combined with a secondary power amplifier circuit and the use of ferrite cores or ferrite sheets,the signal transmission distance and stability are optimal.The research findings provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for optimizing the antenna design of near-bit MWD systems.
