摘要
在油气生产过程中,气侵造成的损失非常巨大,而且还一直威胁油气田的安全生产,如何快速、准确地检测到气侵,是长期困扰石油天然气钻井的难题。借助于中原油田全尺寸科学实验井,通过大量理论研究和试验分析,认为解决这个问题的最有效手段是声波气侵检测法。具体办法是在生产过程中,借助于专门的发生器发射声波,由气侵检测仪对接收到的信号进行调理,编制专门软件将采集到的声波信号数据用相位差法和概率密度技术进行分析处理,据此判断当前井下是否发生气侵,其快速和准确程度大大超过了以前的检测方法。多次试验数据均完整地反映了气侵发生对声波传播规律的影响,说明利用声波气侵检测技术可以为安全钻井提供科学依据。
The gas invasion will result in tremendous loss and serious threat for the safe production in oil and gas fields, therefore, how to rapidly and accurately test the gas invasion is a problem in oil and gas drilling operation. The paper put forward that the sonic logging should be the most effective tool for testing the gas invasion after a great deal of theoretic research and test analysis with a certain full-size scientific experiment well in Zhongyuan Oil Field. The specific process of this method is as follows: first, to emit sound wave with special transmitter, and then to modulate the received signal with gas invasion detecting device, and finally to apply phase difference method and probability density technique to analyze and process the sonic signal with the special software with intellectual property to judge if downhole gas invasion is present at that moment. The speed and accuracy of this method were improved significantly rather than the previous methods. The repeated test data all reflected the influence of the gas invasion on sound wave transmitting rule, implying that sonic wave gas invasion test technique can provide scientific evidences for the safe drilling operation.
