摘要
晋开集团5台240 t/h循环流化床锅炉经过连续10年运行,出现了产能下降、效率降低等问题,为此进行了节能提效及低氮燃烧优化改造。介绍了240 t/h锅炉系统技改前的现状,分析了需要技改的原因,经过对布风系统、中心筒、脱硝系统、返料床、三级省煤器等系统的优化改造,炉膛差压由300 Pa左右提高到700 Pa~1000 Pa,炉膛出口烟气含氧体积分数由10%左右降低到8%左右,炉膛出口温度稳定在800℃~860℃,炉内温度场、压力场更加趋向于系统设计值,能效得到较大提升。
Five 240 t/h circulating fluidized bed boilers of Jinkai Group have been running for 10 consecutive years,and problems such as capacity decline and efficiency decline have occurred.For this reason,energy saving and efficiency-raising retrofit and low-nitrogen combustion optimization had been carried out.The present situation of the 240 t/h boiler system before the technical transformation was introduced in the paper,and the reasons for technical transformation were analyzed.Through the optimization and transformation of the air distribution system,central cylinder,denitration system,return bed,three-stage economizer and other systems,the furnace differential pressure was increased from about 300 Pa to 700 Pa-1,000Pa,the oxygen content of flue gas at the furnace outlet was reduced from about 10% to about 8%,and the outlet temperature was stabilized at 800℃-860℃.The temperature field and pressure field in the furnace were closer to the system design value,and the energy efficiency was greatly improved.
