新建循环流化床锅炉冷态试验研究

摘要 针对某新建240t/h循环流化床锅炉的设计特点和点火要求,进行了首次冷态试验,对试验内容、试验方法和计算过程进行了详细介绍,并对试验结果进行了分析,发现除了对左一次风量进行实际标定之外,其余风量测点显示准确;通过空床阻力特性试验获得了空床阻力特性曲线,其趋势与理论分析得到的结果一致;通过料层阻力特性试验获得了料层阻力特性曲线,临界流化风量为40000Nm 3/h。布风均匀性观察试验表明,整个床面平整,能够达到热态运行的要求。冷态试验为锅炉点火、吹管和整套试运提供了必需的基础数据,对锅炉投入商业运行后的安全稳定运行具有重要意义。 According to the design characteristics and ignition requirements of a new circulating fluidized bed boiler,the first cold-state test is carried out.The test content,the test method and calculation process are introduced in detail,and the test results are analyzed.It is found that except for the actual calibration of the left primary air volume,the display of other air volume measurement points is accurate.The empty bed resistance characteristic curve is obtained through the empty bed resistance characteristic test,and its trend is consistent with the results obtained by theoretical analysis.The resistance characteristic curve of the material layer and the critical fluidization air volume are obtained through the resistance characteristic test of the material layer,which is 40000 Nm 3/h.The observation test of air distribution uniformity shows that the whole bed surface is flat and can meet the requirements of hot operation.The cold-state test provides the necessary basic data for boiler ignition,pipe blowing and complete test run,and is of great significance to the safe and stable operation of the boiler after it is put into commercial operation.
