摘要
锅炉风量的准确计量,不仅取决于风量计的设计、制造、安装,还取决于根据锅炉的实际运行工况选取合理的风量计算公式。对通过伯努利方程及理想气体公式推导锅炉风量公式,根据循环流化床锅炉运行特点,选择合理、准确的风量公式,为循环流化床锅炉风量标定、运行提供指导作用,从而减少因风量显示偏差大导致的锅炉厂用电率高、磨损严重、飞灰底渣可燃物高甚至结焦的异常与故障。
The accurate measurement of boiler air volume not only depends on the design,manufacture and installation of the air volume meter,but also depends on the selection of reasonable air volume calculation formula according to the actual operation conditions of the boiler.Based on Bernoulli equation and ideal gas formula,the air volume formula of the boiler is deduced.According to the operation characteristics of the circulating fluidized bed boiler,the reasonable and accurate air volume formula is selected to provide guidance for the air volume calibration and operation of the circulating fluidized bed boiler,so as to reduce the abnormity of high auxiliary power consumption rate,serious wear,high combustibles of fly ash bottom slag and even coking caused by large air volume display deviation and malfunction.
