摘要
科学测算能源系统碳排放清单是实现“双碳”目标的重要前提。为了准确把握区域能源系统碳排放的重点领域,从燃料燃烧、溢散排放、区域电力交易三个方面构建区域能源系统碳排放核算体系,结合Visual Studio集成开发工具编制“区域能源系统碳排放分析软件”,以四川省为例构建能源系统碳排放清单,对碳排放特征开展分析并研判主要排放源。研究结果表明:(1)燃料燃烧是四川省能源系统碳排放的主要来源,区域电力交易能够有效对冲能源系统自身碳排放,石油和天然气系统溢散对碳排放的贡献较小。(2)从能源消费品种上看,四川省以煤为燃料燃烧产生的碳排放量所占比例最大,天然气所占比例最小;从部门构成上看,以钢铁、建材、化工、机械等为主的工业能源消耗是燃料燃烧碳排放的关键部门,火力发电、交通运输及居民生活也占据较为重要的地位。(3)四川省石油和天然气系统的溢散排放具有显著“聚集”特点,主要集中在测试井、石油生产以及天然气处理三个过程。(4)四川省通过积极响应“西电东送”战略,有效保障了我国能源供应安全并缓解能源系统的碳排放强度。
To estimate scientifically a carbon emission inventory is the important prerequisite for energy systems to achieve the dual-carbon goal. So, an accounting mechanism of carbon emission in regional energy systems was firstly built from three aspects of fuel combustion, spillover and regional power trading in order to accurately define the key emission field. And then, one analysis software "carbon emission in regional energy systems" was compiled by virtue of Visual Studio integrated with development tools. In addition, taken Sichuan Province as an example, the emission inventory was constructed to analyze carbon emission features and ascertain the fundamental emission sources. Results show that(1) fuel combustion is the major source for the carbon emission in energy systems of Sichuan Province, regional power trading can effectively hedge this emission itself, and spillover of oil and gas makes a little contribution to the emission;(2) in the energy consumption type, the emission proportion with coal as the fuel is the largest and that by natural gas is the smallest in Sichuan Province.From the perspective of sector, some industrial energy consumption such as steel, building materials, chemicals and machinery serves as the chief sectors of carbon emission from fuel combustion, and thermal power generation, transportation and residential life are also relatively vital;(3) the spillover of oil and gas in Sichuan Province has remarkable characteristics of "concentration", and it emerges mostly in three procedures of well testing and logging, oil production and gas processing;and(4) Sichuan Province may validly guarantee the safety of energy supply and alleviate the carbon emission intensity in China’s energy systems by vigorously executing the strategy of "West Power to East".
