摘要
城镇化的快速发展使得建筑废弃物日益增加,建筑废弃物可通过简单的破碎筛分处理制备再生混凝土。为了充分利用建筑废弃物,本文采用数值软件PFC^(2D)模拟了再生混凝土的劈裂抗拉破坏过程,分析了摩擦系数、拉张强度、粘聚力以及垫条宽度对混凝土劈裂抗拉性能的影响。研究结果表明:摩擦系数和粘聚力对混凝土的弹性模量和劈裂抗拉强度影响较小;当拉张强度较小时,混凝土主要发生塑性拉张破坏,随着拉张强度的增加,混凝土呈现脆性拉张破坏;随着宽度比的增加,混凝土的抗拉强度和变形模量均增加,且不同宽度比条件下,混凝土内部裂纹的形成位置不同。
With the rapid development of urbanization,the production of construction waste is increasing,and the construction waste can be processed into recycled concrete through simple crushing and screening.To make full use of construction waste,the numerical software PFC^(2D) is used to simulate the splitting tensile failure process of recycled concrete in this paper,and the effects of friction coefficient,tensile strength,cohesion and the pad width on the splitting tensile properties of concrete are analyzed.The results show that the coefficient of friction and cohesion have little effect on the elastic modulus and splitting tensile strength of concrete.When the tensile strength is small,the concrete mainly suffers plastic tensile failure,and with the increase of tensile strength,concrete presents brittle tensile failure.With the increase of the width ratio,the tensile strength and deformation modulus of the concrete increase,and under the condition of different width ratios,the formation positions of the internal cracks in the concrete are different.
