摘要
针对双导电器滑触线在实际应用中问题,通过原理分析,以线路电流监测、比较为基础设计一个防卡跳保护电路,消除双导电器滑触线因卡跳导致的安全隐患,并在入厂煤采制样机上改造实施,效果良好,可供滑触线供电设备借鉴应用。
In view of the problems in the practical application of dual sliding contact conductors,an antiblocking and tripping protection circuit is designed to eliminate the potential safety hazards caused by the dual sliding contact conductors based on principle analysis and the line current monitoring and comparison.It has been reformed and implemented on the coal mining prototype in the plant with sound results,which can be used as reference for such power supply equipment with dual sliding contact conductors.
