摘要
目前汽车采样机弃煤普遍采用弃料斗排放、铲车转运的处理方式,导致转运工作量大,并且转运过程存在安全隐患,污染环境等问题。针对采样机目前存在的设计不足及问题,在充分吸取和总结多年来在采制样设备的使用和维修改造过程中所积累的知识和经验的基础上,研制并应用桥式汽车煤炭采制样机弃料回收系统,获得了较好的使用效果及节支效果。
This paper expounds that at present,the disposal methods of waste hopper discharge and forklift transfer are widely used for the waste coal of automobile sampling machines,which leads to a large amount of transfer workload,and there are problems such as potential safety hazards and environmental pollution in the transfer process.In view of the existing design deficiencies and problems of the sampling machine,on the basis of fully absorbing and summarizing the knowledge and experience accumulated in the use,maintenance and transformation of the sampling equipment for many years,the waste material recovery system of the bridge type automobile coal sampling prototype is developed and applied,and a better use effect and cost saving effect are obtained in practical use.
