摘要
陕西延长中煤榆林能源化工有限公司煤炭验收采取采样机进行采样,在使用过程中,发现汽车采样机弃煤需要采用铲车等转运的现象,存在转运工作量大、转运过程存在安全隐患、污染环境等缺陷。针对采样机存在的设计缺陷及问题,公司质量监督检验中心工程师自行研制成功汽车煤炭采制样机弃料回收系统。该系统通过实际使用,获得较好的使用效果及节支效果。
The sampling machine is adopted for coal sampling in Shaanxi Yanchang China Coal Yulin Energy and Chemical Co.,Ltd.,and in the process of using,it is found that the car sampler needs forklift and other transportation,there are some defects,such as heavy transshipment workload,safety hidden danger in the transshipment process,environmental pollution and so on.In view of the design defects and problems of the sampling machine,the engineer of the company's quality supervision and inspection center has successfully developed the scrap recovery system of the automobile coal mining prototype.Through practical use,the system has achieved better use effect and costsaving effect.
