摘要
目的探究在手术室低值耗材使用管理中实施精细化管理模式的临床效果。方法将2018年1月—12月手术室低值耗材40种纳入对照组(实施常规管理),将2019年1月—12月实施精细化管理的手术室低值耗材40种纳入研究组,对比管理前后的手术室低值耗材积压种类、支出成本、护理工作缺陷、管理效果的差异性。结果研究组中缺乏个班职责、工作职责不明确、物品滑脱、对耗材规格不了解的护理人员占比低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组较对照组低值耗材物品添加不及时、物品准备不全、遗漏申报次数、未按照有效期摆放发生率低,耗材积压种类、领货频率、不必要耗材支出更低(P<0.05)。结论在手术室低值耗材使用管理中开展精细化管理模式,优化低值耗材使用流程,可以最大限度避免管理缺陷及问题,从而减少低值耗材积压及不必要的成本支出,同时,可提高工作人员的工作积极性及责任心,进一步提升管理质量,使手术室低值耗材资源得到充分利用,发挥显著价值。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of fine management mode in the use management of low-value consumables in the operating room.Methods 40 kinds of low-value consumables in the operating room from January 2018 to December 2018 were included in the control group(implementation of routine management)taking time as the boundary,40 kinds of low-value consumables in the operating room implemented fine management from January 2019 to December 2019 were included in the study group.The backlog types,expenditure costs,nursing defects and management effects of low-value consumables in the operating room before and after management were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the proportion of nurses in the study group who lacked shift responsibilities,unclear job responsibilities,slipped items and did not understand the specifications of consumables was lower(P<0.05);Compared with the control group,the study group had a lower incidence of untimely addition of low-value consumables,incomplete preparation of articles,missing declaration times,failure to place according to the validity period,and lower backlog types,receiving frequency and expenditure of unnecessary consumables(P<0.05).Conclusion To carry out fine management mode in the use management of low-value consumables in the operating room and optimize the use process of low-value consumables can avoid management defects and problems to the greatest extent,so as to reduce the backlog of low-value consumables and unnecessary cost expenditure,improve the work enthusiasm and sense of responsibility of staff,further improve the management quality and make low-value consumables in the operating room resources have been fully utilized and brought into play significant value.
