摘要
本文利用化工厂先进设备,成功制得了两种体系下共四种牌号的橡胶,并利用TGA、GPC、核磁共振H谱、SEM-mapping从不同角度出发研究了不同的性能:TGA的结果表明第一个失重部分从430℃开始,到570℃结束,温度范围在240℃左右,失重的质量份数在80%以上;GPC结果表明,对于相同牌号,A聚合体系下的NBR橡胶的分子量和分子量分布都大于B聚合体系下的NBR;核磁共振H谱表明,B体系中苯环区有峰,说明部分乳化剂依旧残留在NBR橡胶之中;SEM-mapping结果表明破乳剂残留在NBR橡胶之中。
In this paper,a total of four grades of rubber under two systems were successfully produced by using advanced equipment of chemical plants,and the different properties were studied from different angles by using TGA,GPC,NMR H-spectrum and SEM-mapping.The results of TGA showed that the first weight loss part started from 430℃and ended at 570℃,the temperature range was about 240℃,and the mass fraction of weight loss was more than 80%.The GPC results showed that for the same grades,the molecular weight and molecular weight distribution of NBR rubber in polymerization system A were larger than those in polymerization system B.The NMR H-spectra showed that there were peaks in the benzene ring region in system B,indicating that some emulsifiers remained in NBR rubber.SEM-mapping results showed that emulsion breakers remained in NBR rubber.
