摘要
随着水环境污染的加剧,水产品的质量安全问题日益成为社会关注的焦点。文中从提取、净化和测定3个方面回顾总结了近年来国内外报道的水产品中多环芳烃的分析方法,重点介绍了索氏提取法、超声波提取法、微波辅助提取法、加速溶剂提取法、基质固相分散萃取法、超临界流体提取法等样品前处理方法和气相色谱法、气相色谱-质谱法、高效液相色谱法等仪器测定方法,并对这些方法的优缺点和局限性进行了比较,以便研究者能在此基础上进一步改进和发展。最后,对水产品中多环芳烃分析方法的未来发展趋势进行了展望。
The increasing water pollution draw consumer＇s eyes on the quality and safety issue of aquatic prod- ucts. In the review, we summarized the analytical methods of PAHs for aquatic products basing on extraction of PAHs from the matrix, clean-up procedure, detection and quantification by analytical instrument, and discussed merits and demerits of each in their routine application of monitoring programs. It was emphasized on sample pretreatment meth- ods such as soxhlet extraction （SE） , ultrasonic extraction （UE） , microwave assisted extraction （MAE） , accelerated solvent extraction （ASE）, matrix solid-phase dispersion （ MSPD）, supereritical fluid extraction （ SFE）, etc. and de- tection techniques contained gas chromatography （GC）, gas chromatography coupled to mass spectrometry （GC/MS） and high performance liquid chromatography （HPLC）. Finally, the future development trends of analytical methods of PAHs in aquatic products were prospected.
