摘要
目的:研究并建立了水产品中PCB28,PCB52,PCB101,PCB118,PCB138,PCB153和PCB180 7种能够反映水体污染状况指标性的多氯联苯残留的气相色谱检测法。方法:样品用正己烷超声提取,用硫酸去除杂质,Florisil硅土柱净化,丙酮洗脱,浓缩,外标法定量检测。结果:7种多氯联苯的平均回收率为85.6%-102%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为3.45%-5.02%,最低检测限为0.1-0.2μg/kg,浓度在1.0-200μg/L范围内呈线性关系,相关系数均大于0.9992。结论:该方法简便,高效,稳定,适合实验室分析测定。
Objective:To develop a method for determining residues of seven kinds of polychlorinated biphenyls in aquatic products was developed by gas chromatography,including PCB28,PCB52,PCB101,PCB118,PCB138,PCB153 and PCB180 which can indicate pollution condition of aquatic system.Methods:All the samples were extracted by n-hexane under ultrasound and decontaminated by sulfuric acid.Further cleanup procedure was followed by silica gel column and florisil silica column eluting with acetone,concentrate to the result samples which determined by quantitative detection of external standard method.Results:The average recoveries of seven kinds of polychlorinated biphenyls ranged from 85.6% to 102% with a relative standard deviation between 3.45% and 5.02%.Lowest detectable limit was 0.1~0.2 μg/kg,and linear over the range assayed,1.0~200 μg/L,with all correlation coefficient0.9992.Conclusion:The present method is simple,highly effective and stable and it is appropriate for analytic determination in laboratory.
