摘要
农药在动物体内的代谢残留,不仅直接影响机体健康,而且影响养殖业的发展,成为我国动物源性食品出口的主要制约因素。综述了农药在动物源性食品中残留的原因、现状、危害,并提出了农药残留的防控对策。
Metabolism and residue of pesticides in animals,not only the human health was directly affected,but also the development of breeding industry were influenced,and were more and more became the main restraining factor to the export of Chinese animal derived food. In this paper,the reason,source and damage of pesticide residues of animal derived food were discussed,as well as the countermeasures of control pesticide residues were put forward.
